Nana : Can you give our readers an introduction to the brand, FUXURY?
FUXURY : Our concepts is to be inspired by the rebellious spirit of youth and our message is to break the rules and to be yourself in your own way. Our themes are rough and raw.
Nana : Why did you decide to name it “FUXURY”?
FUXURY : I played around with the word and combined the words f*ck and luxury.
Nana : What has influenced the creation of the brand and the pieces designed for your brand?
FUXURY : The biggest influence for me was music since I like listening to grunge music and see the way they dress and mixing it with some subculture between punk and grunge.
Nana : Can you tell us about some of brand values?
FUXURY : We truly believe in empowerment and in what we portray, it adds value and create a small
movement for living life with a purpose.
Nana : What are some of the thoughts you have about the current Asian fashion industry?
FUXURY : What we value most is the quality of the product. We really give value in our silver jewelry and outerwear.
For the future, we think it would be great if there were options for customers in each subculture to express themselves to the fullest. We hope to see everyone accept and be more open to fashion. Let’s support the Asian power to be stronger and go further together in this industry.
Nana : In what way do you use social media to deliver your designs?
FUXURY : We use social media to search for vibes, designs and inspirations on such platforms like Pinterest and Tumblr.
Nana : What are some of the challenges you have faced during the course of building your brand?
FUXURY : The most challenging thing for us was finding our own taste in our brand. Also, it took a long time for people to understand our vision.
Nana : How do you come up with the themes for each season?
FUXURY : I decided on themes when I’m traveling and when I’m at somewhere I’ve never been before. These times allow me to feel inspired and we use those details to create our new collection.
Nana : Is it possible to let our readers know about your next collection?
FUXURY : Our next drop is going to release at the end of April. The theme is “Veteran” and “the world after war(distopia)”.
Nana : Is there a particular artist, movie, place, book that you would recommend our
readers to check for inspiration?

Nana : Do you have any advice for our readers who are seeking to find a way to build a brand like “FUXURY”?
FUXURY : First, nobody will understand you. Don’t give up and just keep doing it in your own way. Trust in your vision. One day the world will understand you.
