Aesir Studio was founded just before the Covid-19 pandemic, championing individuality and self-expression in uncertain times. We design clothing for everyone, where size and gender don’t dictate who can wear Aesir. By blending sustainability, creativity, and versatility, we fuse styles like athleisure, punk, and high fashion to reflect the unique spirit of Aesir wearers. At Aesir, fashion is more than just clothing—it’s a way to tell a story, break boundaries, and empower individuals to express themselves with confidence.
Can you share the story how you decide to start your brand and name it “AESIR STUDIOS”?
David Le: Aesir was founded just before the Covid pandemic began. Despite the challenges, we discovered our unique story and built Aesir during a time when individuality truly matters. Through Aesir, we celebrate every person’s character. Our clothing is designed for everyone—size
and gender don’t define who can wear Aesir. With us, everyone can confidently express themselves.
Your products are known for their clean styles and colors, sometimes featuring deconstructed cuts. Can you tell us more about the concepts and messages behind your designs?
David Le: For a brand that prioritizes quality in its designs, we are always dedicated to researching and building a foundation using sustainable, eco-friendly materials. The stories revolve around the lives and aspirations of young individuals—those with a fresh vision of fashion, who have their own narratives of exceptional self-expression and wish to convey this through their clothing. For AESIR STUDIOS, creativity knows no bounds.
AESIR STUDIOS carries within it the aspiration to blend various styles, such as athleisure, punk, grunge, and even high fashion. These fusion sparks limitless creativity, enriching our fashion
collections. Unlike other fashion trends, the designs from AESIR STUDIOS exude freedom and openness, reflecting the personality of the wearer. Through numerous collections, we continue to evolve and innovate, delivering surprise, boldness, and at times, breaking traditional fashion rules.
What kind of person do you envision wearing AESIR STUDIOS?
David Le: We envision Aesir Studios being worn by individuals who value self-expression and individuality. Our designs are for those who embrace their unique character and aren’t afraid to stand out. The Aesir wearer appreciates versatility, inclusivity, and sustainability, finding beauty in pieces that transcend size, gender, or traditional norms. They are confident, creative, and seek clothing that tells a story—one that resonates with who they are and the values they hold dear.
What is one unique or special aspect of your brand that sets it apart from others?
David Le: Thank you for asking this question. I’ve been wanting to share this with our customers for quite some time. I always put myself in the customer’s shoes, seeking to understand and improve areas where Aesir may be lacking. One of the things we are particularly proud of, and what we confidently stand by in the market, is our concept and consistency.
Aesir Studios is recognized by both customers and fashion enthusiasts for its strong branding and the cohesion in our designs. We maintain clear guidelines for our social media, store presence, and customer care. These principles are applied to each collection every season. While each collection has its own unique story and voice, our branding guidelines and layout principles ensure a seamless connection across all our collections. This consistency allows our customers, whether in Vietnam or internationally, to instantly recognize Aesir Studios through a distinct font or a signature color effect in our visuals. One of the most distinctive features in our designs is our skillful use of materials. We prioritize diversity and creativity in every collection, showcasing unique fabrics and combining them in ways that surprise and impress.
Could you share some of the current fashion trends emerging in Vietnam?
David Le: Vietnam’s fashion scene is evolving with a strong focus on individuality, sustainability, and innovation—values that align perfectly with Aesir Studios’ vision. Minimalism continues to be popular, with clean lines and versatile pieces that allow for personal expression. At the same time, there’s a growing movement toward gender-neutral fashion, reflecting a shift toward inclusivity and breaking traditional boundaries. Sustainable materials and ethical production practices are becoming increasingly important as more brands and consumers seek to make conscious choices. These trends are all part of a larger shift towards fashion that values both creativity and responsibility.

Our focus is on bringing Aesir closer to our audience, wherever they are, by fostering inclusivity, creating versatile and sustainable designs, and celebrating individuality.
